Anger Management

In our anger management groups, the focus is on understanding how emotions, thoughts, and behaviors interact, and how these patterns influence daily functioning and relationships. Facilitators model effective emotional regulation and communication strategies, offering participants clear examples of healthier responses to challenging situations.

Our approach recognizes anger as part of a larger emotional system. By helping participants strengthen self-awareness, practice new coping skills, and shift less effective patterns, the program supports more balanced interactions at home, at work, and within the community.
